Key responsibilities:
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect the hotel, Management and Artisans.
• Guard the beach and quickly respond to incidents or emergencies involving guests or Artisans.
• Provide essential support to Artisans in difficulty, using empathy to understand and help resolve their problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of security and risk management.
Qualifications and skills:
• Previous experience in a security or risk management role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Artisans, guests and Management.
• Ability to react calmly and quickly in emergency situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to carry out in-depth investigations if necessary.
• Language proficiency, especially in English and French; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Willingness to keep learning to stay abreast of security best practices.
