Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal service to ensure an unforgettable stay and make every guest feel the happiness you give.
- Anticipate guest expectations and liaise with other departments to fulfil them.
- Handle special guest requests and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide information and advice on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions.
- Ensure guest living areas are maintained in perfect condition.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a high-level guest service role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Language skills, especially in English and French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment.
