Stéphania is a passionate 18-year-old who has already found her calling in cuisine.
She began her training two years ago at the Fatima technical school and continued with Projet Employabilité Jeunes (PEJ).

The experience was a revelation for her and enabled her to broaden her understanding of the hotel industry and the key role played by its various departments.

Stéphania started kitchen work at the age of 16. Things were not easy initially, but she demonstrated persistence and adaptability to overcome difficult situations. She firmly believes that it was worth facing the challenges and making many sacrifices to achieve her dreams.


She has been warmly received by the dynamic team at Canonnier Beachcomber. Chef Kailash has become a source of inspiration for her; he also started his career as a trainee and grew up to become an accomplished chef. His achievement shows that anything is possible with effort and persistence.


Stéphania has great ambitions. The Assistant Cook aspires to rise up the ranks and be a Sous-Chef one day. She is very busy with her NC3 course at the Sir Gaëtan Duval Hotel School but remains focused on her study and career goals.
