Among his most cherished memories are his involvement with hotel staff during cyclones, his participation in nautical shows and the cohesion displayed by the hotel’s teams. His spell at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber has left him with fond memories and influenced his way of thinking.
Stephan firmly believes in the importance of people in hospitality. He believes in adaptability and the ability to lead a team and be a role model to excel in this profession. He also stresses the importance of generosity, a trait that he associates with the Beachcomber Group.

It is with a heavy heart that he left Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, but he looks forward to the adventures ahead.
