Lovenesh, inspired by passion and determination
Lovenesh works as an Office Attendant in the Security Department at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber. Aged 24, he is an inspiring and endearing figure who has turned challenges into opportunities despite his disability. Driven by his determination and passion, he joined the Beachcomber team five years ago.
Lovenesh has been cultivating an interest in hospitality since he was a teenager. He has realised his aspirations by pursuing a career in line with Travel and Tourism, a subject he learned in class.
He has become excellent in what he does and handles various security-related administrative tasks with confidence. Lovenesh is revered by his colleagues for his dedication and enthusiasm. A truly inspirational young man, he proves that passion and love for one’s job are key to success and self-fulfilment.

He fondly recalls an episode when he gave a guest a hand to look for her precious wedding ring. He kept his composure and used his professionalism to help her find back her smile.
