Joanne stays attentive to the Artisans and readily approaches them whenever they are worried. She firmly believes in the importance of helping others and says that it is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. Joanne has also seen an improvement in the work environment at Royal Palm Beachcomber. Training and support from Management have helped create a more cohesive and motivating environment.



She is especially pleased to note that the young Artisans are now better supervised. This encourages them to stay and thrive within the Company and excel in their work.
