Kervyn Rayeroux embodies the spirit of determination, passion and dedication.
From a humble background, he has climbed the ranks during his 30-year career to become General Manager of Victoria Beachcomber.

A journey during which he worked towards his own fulfilment and that of people around him, reflecting the beauty of hospitality and Beachcomber's Artisan Value Proposition, “Feel the Happiness You Give”.

His journey with Beachcomber started off at the age of 19 as a Trainee at Shandrani Beachcomber. The Group took him on board despite his limited knowledge of the industry and sponsored his studies. Kervyn’s rich and instructive career path began with studies in France and the USA, complemented by internships in prestigious restaurants.

He has worked in various positions over the years, from Waiter to Restaurant Manager, and ultimately General Manager. He credits his advancement within the Group to his love of the profession and eagerness to keep on learning. He has also been profoundly influenced by Beachcomber’s values, notably the importance of shared happiness.

Kervyn highly values human contact. By choosing to be in the front line, he has been able to interact with guests and has become a familiar presence. He is passionate about the development of his team members and helps them realise their potential.

In his role as General Manager, Kervyn leads with humility and respect. He makes every effort to create a positive working atmosphere and attaches the utmost importance to employee happiness. A family man, Kervyn believes in work-life balance. He is proud of how he has grown and developed within Beachcomber and is passionate about sharing his experience with others.
