She began her career as a Management Trainee. Over the years, she displayed tenacity and determination to move up the ranks. As Quality Assurance Manager, she is fully committed to making a positive contribution every day.

Beyond quality audits and controls, Elisabeth sees herself as a facilitator, working closely with all departments. She uses her attention to detail and natural empathy to continuously look for ways to improve processes and ensure guest satisfaction.
Driven by passion and motivation, Elisabeth strongly believes in the importance of waking up every day with the desire to do well. She takes pride in representing Beachcomber and considers the Group as a pillar of the hotel industry in Mauritius, renowned for its corporate culture and savoir-faire.
In addition to her primary role, her commitment to a sustainable future has led her to join the Green Team to help implement the 52 commitments of the Group’s Environmental and Social Charter. She is inspired by her daily interactions with Artisans and guests, and finds happiness in the shared smiles and words of encouragement.
