MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and oversee all aspects of the restaurants’ functioning
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of service to our Artisans
- Manage kitchen stock requisition and supplies
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across both Artisans’ Restaurants
- Provide excellence service by attending promptly to artisans’ queries and taking corrective action where needed
- Support audit with accurate documentation and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Previous experience in restaurant/kitchen operations management
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Dynamic and dedicated professional approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive culture of service excellent
- Sound knowledge in Food Safety Hygiene standards
- Computer skills, proficient in MS Office
