Lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations during shift and oversee front-line operations, including check-ins, restaurant service, and entertainment activities.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Monitor and support after-hours deliveries, security, and emergency protocols.
Promote hotel services and offers to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are met.
Act as the main point of contact for guests and emergency services in case of incidents.
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

A Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management and 3-5 years of experience hospitality industry, ideally in supervisory or operational roles.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
Understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff coordination.
A team player with an eye for detail and a heart for service.
