MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for enhancing overall Artisan experience through innovative entertainment, sports and leisure initiatives.
- Address Artisans’ feedback and welfare concerns effectively.
- Design and lead engaging, interactive sessions for Artisans.
- Plan themed events, team-building exercises, and cultural activities.
- Promote collaboration and a fun workplace environment.
- Manage sports events, fitness programs, and recreation activities.
- Enhance staff facilities for comfort and sustainability.
- Promote green initiatives and CSR programs.
- Plan and monitor budget for welfare initiatives cost effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a proven background as Project Lead.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and well versed with IT software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, events management, or wellness initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships across diverse employee groups.
- A commitment for promoting social community while enhancing workplace culture.
