Trou Aux Biches Beachcomber is looking for a Night Manager

Welcomes and bids farewell to guests with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Deals with guests’ complaints, special requests and takes appropriate remedial actions.
Supervises Front Office operations such as, billing procedures/Check-ins & Check-outs during the evening and overnight shifts.
Focuses mainly on Front Office operations, night audit and Safety & Security.
Supervises other artisans on night shifts onsite.
Responsible for proper evacuation of guests and artisans in case of hazards such as fire.
Ensures smooth operation of front and back of house activities.
Follows previous duty reports.
Takes handover from duty manager, FOM or AFOM.
Conducts at least two walk arounds (beginning of shift to check on guests, outlet closure and contractors; during night time with focus on safety and security)
Gives handover / report in the morning to management.

HSC or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in hotel or institutional catering business.
Minimum of 5-6 years working experience as duty or night duty manager.
Proactive
Ready to work odd and flexible hours, including Sundays, Public Holidays and on cyclonic days whenever required.
Fluent in both speaking and writing in English and French.
Conversant with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
