MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entertain guests by conducting, animating and participating in various sports activities day and evening entertainment of the hotel
- Organise and provide services for guest at the Sports & Fitness Centre according to hotel standards and procedures
- Maintain effective and cordial guest relations and advise guests on programs, equipment and safety issues to achieve service excellence
- Assist the People & Culture department to entertain artisans when required with social activities
- Be in charge of the opening and closing of the Sports & Fitness Centre and any other access at the Sports & Fitness Centre area, as per established operating time
- Test and verify all equipments of the Sports & Fitness Centre to ensure their proper functioning
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Secondary academic qualifications or equivalent
- Certificate in related field from the Hotel School or other recognised institution
- Previous professional experience in related function
- Fluent in English & French. Knowledge of a third language will be an advantage
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good communication and organisational ability
- High ethical standards
- Ready to perform odd hours and work on Sundays & Public Holidays
