Maintain user satisfaction through efficient and professional handling of all service requests.
Transmit messages reliably to users and ensure that communication is complete.
Coordinate end user empowerment through state-of-the-art digital tools.
Always ensure a high level of service to internal and external customers.
Provide information to users about the availability of services and the procedure for obtaining them.
Participate in the process streamlining of requests and fulfilling the demand.

Act promptly and effectively during service interruption to restore services and ensure user satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Corporate ICT department for system updates as soon as new versions are available.

Follow-up on actual condition of equipment and take actions to maintain their proper working state.
Maintain CMDB content with equipment movement and distribution library.
Perform routine checks of the system, housekeeping and file maintenance if needed.

Degree in Computer Science & Systems Engineering or at least 2-5 years’ experience in the field in lieu of a Degree;
Ability to communicate clearly and courteously to hotel guests as well as to internal clients;
Willingness to learn technical skills and non-technical skills (e.g. ITIL, process improvement);
Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving attitude.
Experience in the hospitality industry will constitute an advantage.
Holder of a valid driver’s license.
