MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead sustainability strategy development and implementation, aligned with industry trends and organisational goals as set by the ESG Committee.
Lead the EarthCheck certification process and coordinate related reporting.
Mentor and guide sustainability teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into core business processes.
Help implement tools for real-time environmental impact dashboard monitoring and reporting.
Analyse data to identify sustainability opportunities.
Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders for sustainability initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects.
Champion continuous learning to stay updated on emerging sustainability technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in sustainability leadership, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or corporate ESG roles.
Strong knowledge of international sustainability frameworks.
Proven track record of implementing sustainability programs with measurable impact.
Strategic Thinking & Leadership – Ability to drive long-term sustainability goals while managing immediate operational needs.
Project Management – Strong execution skills to implement multi-property sustainability initiatives.
Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage internal teams, suppliers, partners, and regulators.
Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset – Experience with sustainability reporting, KPIs, and impact assessment.
