At Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, we believe in nurturing talents and growth. In the context of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate who, reporting to the Chief People Officer & Group Legal Counsel, will lead the strategic initiatives of the People & Culture (P&C) Digital Transformation cluster.  

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies to enhance P&C processes and improve employee experience.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the P&C department, aligned with the overall business goals of the Company.
  • Analyse current P&C processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Evaluate digital tools and platforms that can enhance P&C functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital P&C solutions.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of digital initiatives on P&C performance and employee satisfaction through KPIs.
  • Develop and execute change management plans.
  • Provide training and support to P&C team members across the Company and other stakeholders on new technologies and processes.
  • Utilise data analytics to gain insights into P&C trends and enable strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of digital transformation efforts.
  • Represent the P&C department in cross-functional digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure data governance of each application (e.g. user access rights levels).


QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Recognised Degree in Information Technology or any other IT related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in digitalisation projects.
  • Proven technical track record (e.g. application configuration, SQL, front end development) on business applications; exposure to P&C tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Proven Project Management, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about enhancing employee experience using latest digital trends and technologies in P&C.
  • Ability to think creatively to develop innovative P&C digital solutions.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Holder of a valid driver’s licence.
