through the fast paced and highly competitive business landscape. We are looking for a Head of Data and Analytics that will take us to the next level and leverage big data as a business asset.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the management and flow of data throughout its lifecycle and managing data governance strategies, practices and requirements.
Organize and analyze strategic, operational and production data by establishing corporate practices that comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses and other repositories;
Ensure business intelligence systems meet organizational requirements and implement data analytics into business processes.
Prioritize data quality initiatives to ensure accurate business outcomes and establish mechanisms that ensure veracity of data.
Improve user access to data while ensuring data protection and privacy.
Promote data democratization, data literacy and a DataOps culture company wide.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

Pragmatic and business centric individual.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
Understanding of database management systems.
Experience of SQL queries and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Experience is developing APIs.
Experience in implementing data governance and leading change management.
Ability to take initiatives and be innovative.
Ability to work in a team.
Good communication skills to manage down, across and up.
Motivation to work in a fast pace and challenging environment, delivering the building blocks of tomorrow’s analytics.
