MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Management: Lead the brand portfolio, positioning, and identity standards. Ensure 360° brand communications reflect the Group’s values across all channels, enforcing brand compliance and providing creative solutions for brand/visual issues. Integrate Brand Strategy at the hotel level for consistent guest experiences.
  • Creative Development: Oversee the in-house design studio, planning and managing projects within the Graphics department. Facilitate brainstorming sessions, continuously improve production processes, and implement new technologies to enhance capabilities.
  • Campaign & Content Production: Supervise the production of marketing materials, including ads, brochures, videos, and digital content. Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, oversee the creation of Beachcomber Magazine, and manage content creation for all communications. Ensure final materials meet company standards and briefs.
  • Internal & External Coordination: Lead the Brand Committee, act as the primary liaison with operational teams, coordinate resources (including freelancers), and ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget. Manage external suppliers, such as printers and production companies.


QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in brand management, marketing production, and leading creative teams.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in design and project management software. Demonstrated accountability, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
