Manage and supervise all golf operations, golf shop merchandising, and golf course maintenance
coordination.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the golf experience and attract new members.
Hire and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to all procedures.
Coordinate and oversee all golf events and tournaments, including player registration, scoring, and prize
distribution.
Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of golf activities within the resort.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the golf experience.

Minimum of 5 years experience or similar role.
Diploma in Golf Club Management or equivalent.
Experience in Golf Club Management will be an advantage.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Pleasant and outgoing personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members and guests.
Computer Literate.
In-depth knowledge of golf course operations, rules, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
Ready to work odd and flexible hours.
