MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans short and long term objectives in consultation with the Storekeeping Manager.
- Assists in planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising activities of the section.
- Assists in the setting up and/or reviewing of the Departmental SOP’s.
- Adheres to and ensures compliance with the Hotel’s Rules and Regulations, Standards and Procedures
- Consults occupancy list and forecast lists and plans accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Higher School Certificate with Accounts at Principal Level;
- A diploma in Storekeeping or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Good negotiation skills;
- Must be conversant in computer operations;
- Experience in the use of CheckScm will be an asset
