MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proceeds with cleaning and servicing of all rooms, suites and related areas allocated, according to hotel standards and procedures;
- Prepares rooms and suites for night turn down according to hotel standards and procedures;
- Abides by Hotel security policy when cleaning a rooms and suites;
- Completes and submits relevant reports and control sheets as per hotel policy;
- Provides daily cleaning services to in-house guests;
- Consults rooming list and special guests’ request list;
- Attends to any special guest’s request.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- NTC 3 in Housekeeping Operations;
- School Certificate or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential;
- Good communication skills and organisational ability;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
- Fluent in both English and French.
