MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes and greets guests promptly and politely as per Hotel standards and procedures;
- Directs, seats guests and proceeds with check-in as per hotel standards and procedures;
- Gives information to guests on all activities and services available and provides the appropriate assistance to them upon their queries, requests and complaints in line with the hotel standards and procedures;

- Prepares, presents and processes guests bill as per hotel standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
- Computer literate;
- Previous working experience would be an advantage;
- Good communication skills and organizational ability;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
- Fluent in both English and French; Knowledge of a third language will be a definite advantage.
