Plans, organises, and supervises gardening and grounds maintenance.
Oversees and coordinates the activities of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of outdoor spaces.
Supervises irrigation and cultivation of trees, turf, shrubs, and ground cover.
Supervises mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, spraying, and pruning.
Monitors and maintains irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and healthy plant growth.
Ensures all activities comply with health and safety regulations, and that staff are trained in safe work practices.

Experience in a similar field is an advantage;
Be dynamic, self-motivated and should possess good leadership and communication skills;
Have a pleasant and outgoing personality;
Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days.
