MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and preprocess data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models to support business decisions.
Prepare detailed reports that summarize analysis, findings, and recommendations.
Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to enhance process and increase improvements and efficiency through data analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Ensure that data analysis initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, sales, People & Culture and marketing, to understand their specific data and information requirements.
Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Bachelor qualification will be considered with strong experience.
A minimum of three years’ experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proven experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools (such as
Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
