MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, analyse, and oversee accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting principles and regulatory standards.
- Produce accurate and timely financial statements for NMH and Semaris Group in line with established schedules.
- Conduct detailed monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Execute variance analyses, clearly identifying and communicating differences between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Develop forecasts related to job costing, providing insightful projections to aid strategic financial planning.
- Assist proactively in managing and optimizing daily cash flow operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- At least Level 2 ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced data analysis and financial modelling techniques.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their practical implementation.
