MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Laundry Management

  • Coordinate all laundry operations, including supervision of scanning activities and effective use of the linen management software.
  • Monitor and ensure service performance against key KPIs: on-time delivery, quality compliance, and quantity accuracy to hotels.
  • Coordinate and optimize transport planning with hotels and dry-cleaning units.

 

Quality Management

  • Ensure compliance with Beachcomber Laundry Quality Standards.
  • Control quality of new linen received from suppliers.
  • Monitor packing and folding standards as per approved procedures and quantities.
  • Oversee quality of linen within the operational circuit.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, including corrective action follow- up with Management.

 

Linen Management

  • Supervise linen tracking, write-offs, losses, and rewash processes.
  • Ensure proper storage, documentation, reporting, and coordination with laundry and hotel teams.

Linen Stock Management

  • Prepare weekly reports on outstanding quality and RFID/non-tag tracking issues.
  • Manage tag movements, including sending new tags to suppliers for replacement.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and generate variance reports for in/out figures.


QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory)
  • Experience in the textile/laundry field will be a definite advantage
