MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist management in the implementation of education, sport, and culture projects including budget tracking.
  • Support the preparation of annual and quarterly work plans, ensuring timely execution of planned activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, venues and materials required for programme implementation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including beneficiaries, trainers, facilitators, schools, NGOs and community partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain project documentation and data and assist in preparing progress and performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, identifying and recommending operational improvements.
  • Participate as a trainer in the “Projet Employabilité Jeunes” Initiative.
  • Engage with the community through, including field visits, meetings, and stakeholder follow-up to strengthen relationships and support project outcomes. • Represent the programme at operational-level forums, workshops, and meetings as required.


QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in project coordination, preferably in community development or youth-related programmes.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and engage directly with communities.
