MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the EarthCheck Programme at the designated site.
- Coordinate the monthly collection and submission of sustainability performance data.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and other sustainability assessments.
- Collect, verify and consolidate sustainability and ESG data from relevant operational departments.
- Coordinate sustainability awareness activities and artisan engagement initiatives.
- Support Green Team meetings and follow-up on actions.
- Prepare sustainability communication materials, presentations and awareness content.
- Support sustainability projects for guests and artisans under the Be Conscious, Be Caring and Be Engaged pillars.
- Assists departments in implementing sustainability procedures, guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with environmental legislation, permits, licenses and reporting requirements.
- Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits, inspections and reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Marine Biology, Food Science or a related field.
- Sustainability-related certifications or training are an advantage.
- Previous Experience in hospitality, sustainability, environmental management, project coordination or a related operational environment.
- Familiarity with environmental/social or sustainability related standards.
- Good Knowledge of sustainability reporting, ESG principles, and sustainability management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage artisans at all levels.
- Passion for sustainability continuous improvement and diving positive environmental social impact.
