MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and recording transactions;
- Collecting payments;
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies in statement of Accounts;
- Liaising with other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and accounts are up-to-date;
- Working with the commercial department to review client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms;
- Performing reconciliation with Statement of Accounts and Administrative Tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- At least A-Levels certificate
- Previous experience in the Accounting Department would be an advantage;
- Good Interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with clients to resolve accounting issues;
- Problem solving and ‘get it done’ attitude, able to organise and manage workload;
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of Sicorax Accounting will be an advantage.
