Unveiling Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate

Semaris Property Development Ltd and Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels unveil Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate, the landmark sustainable property development project at Les Salines, Black River. To mark this flagship launch, Semaris and Beachcomber Groups hosted a Real Estate Brokers’ Tour and a Press Conference at Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa on 13 and 14 April.


Led by Stephane Poupinel de Valence, Chief Officer – Real Estate & Construction, the presentation highlighted the unique features of this world-class project based on bioclimatic architecture and consisting of 220 luxury villas built on 73 hectares of land edging an 18-hole international golf course. Phase 1 is underway and construction work is planned to start in early 2023, with completion within three years.


Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate which includes a major community development component, is also under process of becoming the 1st EarthCheck certified Real Estate Project in Mauritius.
