Sales Manager (Based at Beachcomber Head Office)

Reporting to the Head Of Sales Cluster, the job incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities on the following markets; CIS countries, China (Far East), South Korea, and Japan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges on the above-mentioned markets.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the different markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Assist team members on their respective markets if necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market analysis, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven experience as a key account manager or in an equivalent role.
  • Strong B2B network and established relationships in the CIS & Asia market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
