Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury is looking for a Assistant Food and Beverages Manager

  • Assists the Food and Beverages Manager in:
    - Planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising departmental activities.
    - Developing new concepts of service and plan events to achieve organizational objectives.
    - Defining and reviewing the Departmental SOP’s in conformity with the hotel policies, procedures and standards.
    - Preparing the Budget, statistics and reports regularly.
  • Ensures that menus of all outlets are updated.
  • Ensures excellent quality service to our guests in all F&B Outlets.
  • Oversees the entire operations in the different outlets operations, including staffing, scheduling and coordinating services for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the different outlets.
  • Works in close collaboration with the kitchen department to ensure that the food meets the guests’ satisfaction in terms of quality, quantity, presentation and service.
  • Ensures that the budget is respected at all times, avoid all types of wastage and find ways to maximize profitability.
  • Organises and holds regular briefings, trainings programs and meetings.


  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field from a recognised institution.
  • At least five years’ experience in the Food and Beverage Services at a supervisory level, with an in depth knowledge of food and beverages operations and fine dining as well as room service.
  • Knowledge in Sustainability concepts, HACCP and IT software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong Leadership and organizational skills.
